How to Convert Your Car to Use Water As Fuel?

By Joe Christy

For many people, the conversion of a fuel-guzzling vehicle to a vehicle that consumes something other than gas is a boon that should never be ignored. And that is why in recent years, there has been a literal (and figurative) explosion of knowledge in hard-copy books, in live seminars and online forums regarding as to how to actually carry it out- the seemingly miraculous activity of making water run a car, even if the car is not completely reliant on the water substrate as of yet.

Of course, some large manufacturing corporations are already boasting of "hybrid" cars that run on very, very little gas and rely on energy sources that are completely renewable and produce almost no pollution (that is, if you consider water vapors air pollution). But the case with these new releases is the price: some of these cars aren't even for sale; many of them are only for lease, and within a specific time period, you have to give it back and lease it anew.

Fuel economy can be achieved by a simple "conversion" process that would be done under your car's hood. Technically, it's not really a physical "conversion" of the car engine- this is the most important aspect of it all. Because the whole concept thrives on a kind of "hybrid" technology too, the conversion would only "add" something to the system, but not take away anything. If some approaches in using water as a fuel additive takes away large parts of the engine, then be wary of these approaches- chances are, the ones who originated the methods used in this approach are not specialists and something might definitely go wrong.

The conversion utilizes one of the most combustible and potent forms of the oxygen gas when introduced in any environment that is electrified- the now famous HHO gas. HHO or Brown's gas has been around for a very long time, make no mistake about it, but the interest in it that views it as a possible renewable form of car power has only existed for the last few decades, and in selects parts of the world only.

Now, what happens is that Brown's gas is burned alongside whatever kind of fuel is necessary in your car. Now, Brown's gas in itself is stable- if the right environment is present. The rich gas that results from the conversion of water is a prime source of energy- and the conversion of your car would be able to lead this rich source of energy to the very same place in your car that needs it the most- and this place involves the car's pistons.

Often, the conversion kits are relatively inexpensive and easy to install- but take note that you should also make yourself knowledgeable about the topic before you manufacture one yourself, or buy a prefabricated one, or have someone install a home-made kit in your car. The reason for this is that there are always margins for error.
